These were so good & Jace had fun helping me make them!
Caramel Apples
apples (however many you want--I used Gala because that's what I had, but I think it would be really good with green apples too)
caramel (enough for dipping--I like to use the Caramel Bits & just melt them in the microwave with a little bit of water per the instructions on the package)

white chocolate (I just used Nestle white chocolate chips & added a little bit of canola oil & followed the instructions for melting in the microwave)
cinnamon & sugar
Dip apples in caramel & place on a cookie sheet covered with wax paper. Set in the fridge for 15-20 minutes or until the caramel has set-up some & isn't so sticky. Remove apples from fridge & dip in the melted white chocolate & then dip in cinnamon & sugar. Return to fridge until the white chocolate has hardened & then slice & serve!
