I've had this dip at a few parties & loved it & then I saw the recipe on a friends recipe blog, so I decided to make it for a mutual party & it was a big hit!
Cream Cheese & Toffee Fruit Dip
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
3/4 C. brown sugar
1/4 C. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt
3/4 C. toffee bits
Beat cream cheese until it's smooth. Add sugars, vanilla, & salt. Beat until it is nice & glossy (approximately 2 minutes). Add in toffee bits & stir until it's just combined (I added the toffee bits right before serving). Serve with fruit (it's really good with green apples).
