These are one of our favorite fall treats! They are so yummy & so easy to make!
Pumpkin Eater Pumpcakes
1 Spice cake mix
1 C. pumpkin (I always use canned)
2/3 C. water
2 eggs
1 C. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Beat all ingredients (except choc. chips) on low for 30 seconds. Then on medium for 2 minutes and then add chocolate chips. Fill greased muffin tin 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Makes 2 dozen.
