These are so yummy! Almost as good as the candy bar!
Salted Nut Roll Bars
1 yellow cake mix
1 egg
1/2 C. butter, melted
3 C. mini marshmallows
1 pkg. (1 2/3 C.) peanut butter chips
2/3 C. corn syrup
1/4 C. butter
1-2 C. lightly salted peanuts
Combine cake mix, egg, & melted butter (1/2 C.). Pat in greased 9x13 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Take out of oven & sprinkle with marshmallows & return to oven for 2 minutes. Press marshmallows down. Let cool. In saucepan, melt peanut butter chips, corn syrup , & butter (1/4 C.). Pour over top of bars & spread evenly. Sprinkle peanuts on the top & lightly press down.
