These cookies are yummy & moist!
Pudding Cookies
1 C. butter
1/4. C. sugar
3/4 C. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. instant butterscotch pudding
2 eggs
2 1/4 C. flour
1 tsp. soda
2 C. chocolate chips
nuts (optional)
Combine butter, sugars, vanilla, & instant pudding mix & mix until smooth. Beat in eggs. Add sifted dry ingredients. Stir in choc. chips & nuts. Batter will be slightly stiff. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
*You can also use vanilla or chocolate pudding.
