Marshmallow Popcorn

This is known as Bobcorn in our family--named after my brother :) It is so good & makes the perfect movie treat for a large crowd!

This is the microwave popcorn that I buy. One day I'll get a popcorn popper, but for now there's no room in my small kitchen for one :)

Marshmallow Popcorn

1 C. butter

1 (16 oz.) bag marshmallows (I use mini)

4 quarts (16 cups) popped popcorn (I just used microwave popcorn--the plain kind, no salt, no butter and 1 bag equaled 8 cups. Make sure to remove any seeds that didn't pop)

1 bag (about 1 1/2 C.) of peanut butter M&M's (or whatever flavor you want--I think peanut butter is the best)


Pop the popcorn & set aside in a large bowl. Melt the butter & marshmallows in a pan over low-medium heat. Stir until all of the marshmallows are melted. Pour over the popcorn & stir until it's coated evenly. Stir in the M&M's.



*You could always 1/2 the recipe if it's for a smaller crowd.
