These are so yummy & easy! I love the sweet/salty combination--it is so good & makes a great treat to share with neighbors!
Nut Clusters
Spanish peanuts--or whatever nuts you want to use (I used a small can of Planter's Spanish peanuts)
white or milk chocolate (I just used a bag of Nestle white choc. chips)
Melt the chocolate--a double boiler works best, but I was feeling lazy, so I just followed the microwave instructions on the bag. After the chocolate is melted, pour in the peanuts & stir so that they're evenly coated. Spoon the peanuts into clusters & place on wax paper (try to work quickly so the chocolate doesn't set up before you're done forming the clusters).
