These were so fast & easy!
White Chocolate Crispies
2 pkg. white chocolate chips
4 C. rice crispies
1 C. peanut butter (I used 1/2 creamy, 1/2 crunchy)
3 C. mini marshmallows
Microwave white chips & peanut butter for 1 minute, stir & then another 30 seconds. Pour chocolate mixture over rice crispies & marshmallows and mix until well coated (the marshmallows are not supposed to melt). Drop onto wax paper & let cool.
*Can also add M & M's if desired.
